About Me

I'm Kate, the founder of Papilio Life Coaching and Styling.

After a career in Music and Musical Theatre, and years of styling and advising friends and family, I finally decided to start my own business as a Style Coach™, qualifying through the Style Coaching Institute®. I offer a range of tailored services that blend Life Coaching and Styling to help you feel confident in and comfortable with your image - both inside and out. I focus on your individual needs, taking into account your body shape, colouring and your environment, to bring out an authentic personal style that is easily maintainable within your life.

Papilio means 'butterfly' in Latin, which symbolises transformation, unique beauty and flight. Humans are so adaptable, but we often find it hard to change our unconscious habits and lift ourselves out of those stubborn life and style ruts that make us feel dissatisfied and unhappy. I want to help people - especially women - empower themselves to harness the life and look that they love, and achieve the happiness they deserve.
